Session #2 - Fine Tuning, Soft Skills & Role Play

Session #2 is all about review and fine tuning. After going back, testing on your newly created concepts, I'm sure you will have new questions and challenges that you face. That's why in Session #2, I'm going to spend time answering many questions participants have.

I also want to take this opportunity to invite some participants up to share with everyone their newly created concepts. I will then advice and show everyone how I will make these concepts better or more relevant. Ideally through this role play scenario, you will be able to appreciate how "concept fine tuning" works and improve your own concepts along the way.
