    Why Did I Write This Book?

    There are a few reasons why I started writing this book:

    #Reason 1: When I just started in this industry, I wish there was somebody who documented all everything I know about mindset for advisors so I do not have to spend 10 years figuring it out. 

    #Reason 2: Many advisors have been writing to me (in fact I received around 100-200 messages daily) asking me what I did and think differently and why was I able to cross >100MDRT last year by myself? So I thought why not let me write them down.

    #Reason 3: My greatest wish is for our profession to be better and the best way to do it is to share my knoweldge!

    In fact, in the month of Feb to March this year, where there was so much uncertainty, I actually panicked and I looked back at my past 18 years journey and tried to decode my thinking strategies across the way.

    Dr Sanjay Tolani, a 19 - year member of the Million Dollar Round Table – The Premier Association of Financial Professionals, with 2 Court of the Table & 14 Top of the Table honors.

    In 2019, he achieved more than 100 MDRT alone and in 2020, his target is to do 365 MDRT.
