Throughout my years of experience handling retirement planning for clients as well as seeing how other advisors operate, I am thankful that it has provided me with a clear view of the right techniques to educate clients on retirement planning and to handle it in such a way that allows them to enjoy their later years without the unnecessary worry of any financial burden.
At the same time, it has also taught me what NOT to do when it comes to doing retirement planning for clients.
You see, there are certain mistakes which I have seen other financial advisors do (and which I am guilty of as well when I first started) which not only failed to properly inform clients of the right way of retirement planning, but also immediately gave the impression of the financial advisor being uneducated in this matter.
As such, I advise you to look through these mistakes and hope that you are able to avoid them by recognizing them. I am confident that by doing so, this will greatly increase your closing ratio on retirement planning with your clients!
